Diet Day #1, Part I
Went for a jog for 30mins in the morning & had strawberry + apple + instant oat meal with water and low fat milk for breakfast (which is like about 2 hours ago) & I'M FREAKING HUNGRY ALREADY?! This is a torture seriously. I need to do this for 2 weeks so that my body will form a new habit and then can i lose 7kg off my body. & Breakfast: 3.5 GIS
Jiayou to me. I'm not going to give in to my brain which is sending stupid signals to my stomach
